Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

NutriMama is an online service. We do not sell or ship any physical product, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses.

2. How a plan is delivered

A paid plan is delivered online, to the NutriMama account you paid from. It unlocks as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes, and you can use it on the website (nutri-mama.in) and the installed app.

If your plan has not started within 24 hours of a successful payment, email kenekrishna11@gmail.com with the Razorpay payment id (starts with pay_). We will start it, or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Where we serve

NutriMama is offered to users in India, and prices are charged in Indian rupees.
