Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. What you pay for

NutriMama's paid plans (Care, Pro and Pro+) are digital subscriptions. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page before you pay, and all payments are processed by Razorpay. A plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.

A monthly plan with AutoPay renews every month until you cancel it. A plan paid once (a month or a year) ends at the end of that period and never charges you again on its own.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel AutoPay at any time in the app, under Settings → Subscription, or by emailing kenekrishna11@gmail.com. Once cancelled, no further charge is made. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays with you.

You can also stop the mandate from your bank or UPI app; please cancel in NutriMama too.

3. Payments are non-refundable

A plan's features are available the moment it starts, so payments are non-refundable, including for a period you did not fully use. Partly used months or years are not refunded pro rata, and cancelling stops future charges only.

An AutoPay renewal charged because AutoPay was still on at the renewal date is not refunded. Your bank or UPI app notifies you before each AutoPay charge, as RBI rules require, so you can cancel in time.

4. The only exceptions: our mistakes

We refund the full amount only when the charge was an error on our side or Razorpay's, and you write to us within 7 days of it:

  • you were charged twice for the same plan and period (the extra charge is refunded);
  • you were charged after you had cancelled AutoPay;
  • you paid but the plan did not start, and we could not start it within 2 working days.

We check every request against our payment records and Razorpay's before approving it. Requests made after 7 days, or for any other reason, are not refunded.

5. How to report a wrong charge

Email kenekrishna11@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, from the email or phone number you signed in with, with the Razorpay payment id (starts with pay_) and what went wrong.

An approved refund goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with. Razorpay usually credits it within 5–7 working days; your bank may take longer to show it. When the payment for a plan is refunded in full, that plan ends on the day of the refund. Refunding a duplicate charge does not affect the plan you keep.

If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank instead, we may end the plan it paid for while the dispute is open, and for good if the dispute is decided in your favour.

6. Doctor consults

Doctor consults have not launched and are not part of any plan. No payment today includes a consult.

7. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. See also our Terms of Use.
